Aerobic Development 2
Equipment needed - An area of grass the width of a football pitch, 2 footballs, ladders, 1 cone
Work rate - 6 minutes @ 90 - 100% - recovery 4 minutes - 4 reps
Session details - Start in the centre circle - perform fast feet through the ladders - receive a head or volley from the server then return to the start
Perform 4 different types of fast feet e.g. one foot in each then two feet
After doing this 4 times dribble a ball to the black cone and then back to the start.
Continue for 6 minutes then rest for 4 minutes but keep moving
